Coach Leo offers a permanent free tier (no card required): you can use the app, sync Strava, and access the whole gamification experience plus a template training plan at no cost, with no time limit.

Paid subscriptions are billed immediately and are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee on every platform (web, iOS, Android). If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

Your subscription renews automatically each billing period. Once a payment has been charged and the 14-day guarantee window has passed:

• No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• When you cancel, you retain full access to the Service until the end of the current billing period
• Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

• From your billing dashboard
• Via the Stripe customer portal (accessible from your billing page)
• By contacting us at contact@coachleo.ai

If you believe you have been charged in error or have experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the Service, please contact us at contact@coachleo.ai. We review each case individually.

If a refund is granted, it will be processed through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
